2. Heard Mr,T.Danyakumar, learned counsel for petitioner /appellant and Mr.T.L.Thirumalaisamy, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 478 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.122672 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.T.L.Thirumalaisamy, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3, when the matter is listed for admission.
