This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 155 days in representing the criminal revision as against order dated 24.09.2024 passed in C.A.No.94 of 2021 on the file of learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore as against the order in C.C.NO.250 of 2009 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 155 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
