When the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent/land lord has taken possession of the property.

3. Taking into account the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent that already the respondent/landlord has taken possession of the property, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petitions. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected CMP is closed. No costs.
