ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.31389 of 2016, by order dated 09.09.2016, directed the respondent to disburese the retiral benefits to the petitioner in twelve equal monthly instalments in the light of the common judgment passed by this Court in W.A.(MD).Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 (K.Rajendran & others Vs. The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Limited, rep. by its Managing Director, Madurai and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ others), dated 12.06.2015 and it was made clear that the

first instalment shall commence from 01.12.2016. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submitted that all the retiral benefits were disbursed to the petitioner and thus, the order of this Court has duly been complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.

However, if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to difference in payment, he is at liberty to make representation before the respondent.
