Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that after filing of the Writ Petition, bank account No. 097101066520 relating to the Petitioner with the Second Respondent, which is challenged in this Writ Petition, has been removed as she has discharged the liability as guarantor for the education loan availed by one Arun. 2.
In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and made endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that it is open to the Petitioner to work out her remedies for necessary relief against the said Arun and other persons connected with the aforesaid education loan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
