The petitioner, who has been granted license to run IMFL shop is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents to refund the security deposit remitted by the petitioner while being granted license for retail vending business as well as bar license.

2.Since the representation of the petitioner was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Though the writ petition is pending from the year 2004, no counter has been filed by the respondent. In the light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit their representation to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent along with a copy of this order. If such representation is submitted, the second respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. No costs.
