When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both side submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.503 of 2016 has already been dismissed for default on 07.08.2018 and hence nothing survives in this present Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that so far restoration petition has not been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the both side, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous since nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
