This petition has been filed to transpose the petitioner herein as appellant in grounds of appeal filed against the order of acquittal in C.C.No.3217 of 2011 dated 13.07.2011 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Tract Court No.II, Egmore, Chennai and accept the same.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal and post the matter before concerned Court for Admission.
