This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the Condition No.6(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21992 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is elected as a President of Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu and also the Treasurer of the Hockey India. Now, the FIH Hockey Pro League 2022-2023 is scheduled to be held from 28.10.2022 till 06.11.2022 at Bhubaneswar in Odisha. The petitioner being the President of Hockey Unit, he has to bring the Hockey Players from Tamil Nadu to Odisha to participate and the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) has also nominated the petitioner to attend the Special General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on 10.11.2022. Hence, she seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was appeared before the respondent police only A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

Crl.M.P.No.16469 of 2022 arb few days from 28.10.2022 to 03.11.2022 i.e., today, and the investigation in this case is still pending.

Taking in to consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on both sides, the Condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21992 of 2022 vide order dated 13.09.2022, is suspended till 16.11.2022, the petitioner shall comply with the condition thereafter. The other conditions imposed shall remain intacted.
