(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence and bail in Crl.A.No.597 of 2022 on 26.08.2022, on various conditions, one of which is as under : "29. ... ...

(c) The appellant shall report before the respondent on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders." Seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition, this petition has been filed.

2. Heard Mr.S.M.Jinnah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. Both sides represented that, earlier the FIR was registered by the Inspector of Police, Selvapuram Police Station, Coimbatore, and later it has been transferred to the SIT, CB-CID, Coimbatore on 07.10.2022.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been reporting before the Inspector of Police, Selvapuram Police Station, regularly so far.

Since the investigation has now been transferred from the file of the Inspector of Police, Selvapuram Police Station, Coimbatore to the file of the SIT, CB-CID, Coimbatore, we are of the opinion that complete relaxation cannot be granted and instead, the petitioner shall report before the SIT, CB-CID, Coimbatore, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered with the above modification.
