Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to conduct the inquiry, consider the petitioner Appeal petition dated 30.12.2022 filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 30.05.2022 passed by the 3rd respondent herein.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his Appeal dated 30.12.2022 and pass final orders.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that challenging the report submitted by the 3rd respondent in an enquiry conducted under Section 82 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, the petitioner preferred an Appeal before the 1st respondent on 30.12.2022 and the same has not been considered by the 1st respondent till today.
3. Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner seeking disposal of his Appeal pending on the file of the first respondent, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 30.12.2022 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing necessary notice to the interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
