Heard.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.10,00,000/- in two instalments as per the order dated 11.03.2020 in Crl. M.P. No.2566 of 2020.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration of the the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1505 of 2020 in Crl. R.C. No.206 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court as and when required for interrogation.
