This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the rejection of the application No. TN-320190729682 dated 29.07.2019 made by the Petitioner and to direct the Respondent to issue Nativity Certificate to the Petitioner.

Mr. M. Karthikeyan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the on-line Application dated 29.07.2019 made by the Petitioner has been re-considered and Nativity Certificate has been issued to the Petitioner on 29.10.2019 and a copy of the same has been

furnished to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, who has acknowledged its receipt. Nothing survives for consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent developments, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
