JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The appellants are assailing the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 11.9.2023. The learned Single Judge has passed the following order:
"2. Considering the gravity of the issue and the selection process has not been completed due to awaiting the equivalence degree notification, the Ministry of Health and Welfare is directed to expedite the matter and issue Notification as per the Expert Committee Report on equivalence.
3. For filing such Notification, post the matter on 25.09.2023 at 2.15 p.m."
2. Mr.N.G.R.Prasad, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that, in fact, the selection process has already concluded, but the learned Single Judge has observed that the selection process has not completed. The report of the Expert Committee on equivalence is submitted before the learned Single Judge.
According to learned counsel for the appellants, the Expert Committee has turned down the request for equivalence.
3. All the aforesaid issues can be argued before the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge is seized of the matter and the matter is placed before the learned Single Judge at 2.15 pm on 25.9.2023. No issue has been concluded by the learned Single Judge so as to entertain the appeal.
The writ appeal stands disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.21814 of 2023 is closed.
