O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw G.W.O.P. No.194 of 2025 from the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur, and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has filed G.W.O.P.No.194 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur, The respondent herein is the petitioner in G.W.O.P.No.194 of 2025 has filed a memo dated 07.08.2025 before the Principal District Court at Thiruvallur, for withdrawing G.W.O.P.No.194 of 2025. However, the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur, unable to pursue the memo filed by the respondent, since an order of interim stay granted by this Court dated 14.08.2025.

4. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner in G.W.O.P No.194 of 2025 himself does not wish to prosecute the case only on account of the interim stay granted by this Court, therefore the

respondent is set at liberty to move before the Principal District Court, Tiruvallur to withdraw the case.

5. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication since the present petition has filed seeking transfer of G.W.O.P.No.194 of 2025 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur to the Family Court, Chennai.

6. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is Closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
