When the matter was listed for hearing on 17.10.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 19.10.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Again, when the matter was called on 19.10.2022, there was also no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list this matter once again under the caption "For Dismissal" on 26.10.2022.
3. Even today also i.e on 28.10.2022, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.10984 of 2017 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
