C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners herein who are absconding and reliably learnt to be in foreign Country seek anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.406 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.
2. According to the defacto complainant, several lakhs of Rupees has been cheated from him promising job in abroad.
3. Considering the magnitude of the money involved in this case and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
