ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in terms of the order in W.P.No.2910 of 2018 dated 27.07.2022, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and passed an order in proceedings Roc.No.2018/2008/V1 dated 27.05.2024 and a copy of the said proceedings is also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the same, it cannot be said that the respondents have committed any violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2910 of 2018.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the order passed in proceedings Roc.No.2018/2008/V1 dated 27.05.2024.
