Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for records of the second respondent to quash the impugned sale certificate dated 13.10.2023 for the sale dated 22.08.2023 in respect of the scheduled property and further declare the sale as unlawful and unconstitutional and forbearing the second, third and fourth respondents, their agents or any other person acting on their behalf from proceeding with further registration, sale, transfer, disposal or creating any third-party interest in the said property until the final disposal of this petition. Otherwise, the petitioner will suffer irreparable injury if the further sale and transfer of the said property is not stayed.
