ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent recover the petitioner's vehicle Tiper lorry Bearing T.N.57, Q 2380 from the 3rd respondent and handover to petitioner.

2.The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court since admittedly the vehicle was under hire purchase agreement and the 3rd respondent will continue to be the owner of the vehicle till the last installment is made. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law and the police cannot interfere in the matter.

3.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
