This petition has been filed to clarify the order dated 04.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.19069 of 2024 in respect of para No.2 and to re-hear the matter on merits.

2. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the conditional order passed by this Court on 10.07.2024 for payment of Rs.1 crore has been paid. Hence, seeks this Court to rehear the matter on merits.

3. Heard both sides. Since, this Court has already granted liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy before the appropriate forum, all those facts has to be agitated before the appropriate forum.

4. Accordingly, this petition stands clarified.
