ORDER
The petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for the safety security and protection to the lives and property of the petitioners factory Management officials staffs and other workers from the illegal acts of the delinquent workers their henchmen supporters.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent Union submitted that the petitioner has filed a writ petition as if the workman prevented the petitioner for their day to day activities and creating nuisance, causing drop in production level. The respondent union have no intention to do any illegal 2/4
activities as alleged by the petitioner Management. If they have any grievance, they will follow the procedure contemplated under the Industrial Disputes Act.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Union, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
