O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law.

2. On going through the innocuous prayer sought in the writ petition and on perusal of records, it appears that the writ petition is nothing but mere suppression of facts. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the third respondent has not entertained any document for registration in respect of certain survey numbers. It is relevant to note that there are eight suits pending between the parties, namely the petitioner and the fourth respondent and in respect of alienation and other aspects, writ petitions have already been filed before this court in W.P. Nos.377 to 379 of 2017 and 7027 of 2016. This court, Page 2/5

while disposing of those writ petitions, had directed the concerned civil court to dispose of all the civil suits pending between the parties by conducting simultaneous trial of the suits and also directed the parties to maintain status quo with regard to alienation as well as with regard to mutation of revenue records till the disposal of the civil suits. The order is as follows: "12. The parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to alienation as well as with regard to mutation of revenue records till the disposal of the civil suits. The order of status quo is only in respect of the writ petition in W.P. Nos.378 and 379 of 2017."

3. When this court has directed the parties to maintain status quo with regard to alienation and also to effect changes in the revenue records, suppressing that order, the present writ petition has been filed. It is relevant note that the petitioners are also parties in the said writ petitions. In such view of the matter, I do not find any merit in the writ petition, accordingly, the same is liable to be dismissed.

4. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. However, there is no order as to costs.
