ORDER

[The Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition inter alia alleging that the detenue is the illegal custody of the first respondent.

2. The detenue is present before this Court today. She has informed that she is a major born on 20.02.2001 whereas the petitioner contends that the detenue was born on 20.02.2002. 1 / 2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

There appears to be difference in the two certificates produced. However, in the later certificate, which is the School Certificate, the date of birth of the detenue is mentioned as 20.02.2001. The detenue has since married and the marriage also has been registered in the Registrar Office at Trichirapalli on 12.06.2019. She has also informed us that she is in family way.

3. Considering the above, we find that there is no illegal detention involved. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
