The application is to recognize the power of attorney and the power agent wants to appear in person.

2. A Party is entitled to address the Court, but not as a power agent of the party. The party wants to be represented by a power agent then representation in Court can be only through a counsel.

Hence this petition is dismissed.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Appeal as having been filed by Tmt.K.Bhuvaneswari, party in person and the list the matter on 03.01.2025 for admission.
