Vs 1 N.MOHAN BABU [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 C.M.GOPAL Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to order stay of further proceedings in pursuance to the judgement and decree dt.11/07/2017 passed in MCOp.No.3330/2013 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Special Subordinate Judge,MACT) at Krishnagiri (IN CMP.No.21048 of 2017) pending disposal of the above appeal (CMA.No.3325 of 2017).

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 08.12.2017 granted an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner deposits 50% of the award amount within a period of eight weeks.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant insurance company, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 08.12.2017 has been duly complied with by the appellant.

3. In view of the above, interim order already granted is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
