When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that correct calculation of interest has not been made in this case by the Transport Corporation. Therefore, a direction be issued to pay the interest portion.

In reply, learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Corporation submitted that there is nothing remained unpaid from the respondent Corporation side since all the arrears including interest have been paid. 4.
In view of the claim and the counter claim made by both parties, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before a competent Labour Court, within a period of three weeks time from today.
