This writ petition hase been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to refund the integrated tax amounting to Rs.30,68,796/- alongwith interest at 6%.
2. This Court, by order dated 07.11.2023 directed the respondents to sort out the issue positively and refund the pending amount to the petitioner on or before 24.11.2023.
3. Hence, this writ petition is posted today under the caption 'For reporting compliance'.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the refund order has been issued to them but the respondents have not paid interest for the said refund amount.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the refund order has been issued, the order of this court has been complied with, no further order is necessary and accordingly this writ petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the issue with regard to refusal to grant of interest on the refund amount, in the manner known to law.
