ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for an expeditious disposal of I.D.O.P.No.3994 of 2022 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai. The petitioner has filed I.D.O.P.No.3994 of 2022 seeking for divorce on the grounds of cruelty under Section 10 (1) (x) of the Indian Divorce Act. The petition filed by the husband to let in additional evidence in I.A.No.2 of 2024 was rejected on 17.10.2024 with liberty to file a fresh petition. The matter was posted to 28.10.2024.

2. That being the situation, the learned VI Additional Family Judge, Chennai, shall dispose of I.D.O.P.No.3994 of 2022, within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
