The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision dated 12.06.2023 pending on his file.

2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner claims right over the property situated in Survey No.239/3, Valluvar Salai, Ramapuram Village, Ambattur Taluk under settlement deed executed by her husband dated 03.10.2007. The petitioner submitted an application before the third respondent seeking issuance of the patta in her name and her minor daughter namely Deepika and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and the same was rejected by the second respondent on 02.06.2023. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed revision petition and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the 2/4

petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the revision petition of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 02.06.2023 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
