Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 507 days filing the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.34462 of 2019, against the judgment dated 28.12.2017, made Spl.C.C.No.2/2017, passed by the Mahila Court, Coimbatore District, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
