2. It is represented that the 1st respondent alone is contesting and other respondents
viz., the respondents 2 to 13 were not served and they are only formal parties.
3. Ms.B.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/contesting respondent, reports no objection in allowing this petition.
4. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Since the cause for the delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
