O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the 4th respondent/Inspector of Police to allow the petitioner and its associates to conduct the festival of Gopala Swamy Temple in Saturday and in the Tamil month of Puratasi and "Navarathri Kolu Poojai" by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2024.

2. The Learned Counsel for the 5th respondent/Chinnasamy represents that a Writ Petition was filed by one A.Nataraj, this Court vide its order dated 27.09.2024 in W.P.No.28832 of 2024 has directed the Tahsildar, Pennagaram Taluk and the Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Board, Dharmapuri to conduct the Festival and Manage the Temple and perform Purattasi Thirukalyanam by allowing the petitioner and others interested persons to participate in the same. 2/4

3. In the light of the above order, nothing survives in the Writ Petition No.29300 filed by one Mr.K.Kamaraj seeking protection to conduct the festival independently by him.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 01.10.2024 Index : Yes/No.
