This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 934 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd Respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

4.This matter arises during the period of Covid, after the Covid period, the delay is within the limit. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 934 days is condoned.

5.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.

6.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

7.Registry is further directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the Respondents, at the time admission.
