Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate steps in accordance with law to trace and bring the statue of Raja Raja Chola and his Consort Logamadevi back to Tamil Nadu install the same in the big temple at Thanjavur, investigate the theft of the statue of Raja Raja Chola and his Consort and prosecute the offenders in accordance with law.
