Today, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid letter dated 21.03.2017 circulated to the Registry and also the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected W.M.Ps. are closed.
