Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, submits that the said appeal has been disposed by order Procs. No. A1/1777/2019 dated 20.12.2019 passed by the First Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Counsel appearing for the Third to Fifth Respondents acknowledge its receipt. Learned Counsel appearing for the Third to Fifth Respondents further informs that revision against the said order has been filed. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
