ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made a representation dated 14.11.2016 to the respondent and so far, no orders have been passed by the respondent on the representation. It is suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2016.

3. In view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, if the same has not been considered so far, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to furnish a copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 14.11.2016 and any other documents along with a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
