ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash case in C.C.No.119 of 2016 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate II, Chengelpet for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420 read with Section 34 IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. After hearing for some time, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought indulgence of this Court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court.

4. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with except for receiving copies and answering charges and 313 Cr.P.C questioning or any other date that may be fixed by the trial Court. The trial Court shall dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
