2.The learned counsel appearing for the parties have made a mention that the defendant did not die as a bachelor and steps have already been taken before the trial Court, to implead the legal heirs of the defendant. 3.In view of the same, it would not be possible for the Additional Sub Judge, Kancheepuram, to dispose of the appeal by 31.12.2025, as mentioned in the order dated 29.08.2025. Accordingly, the time is extended upto end of January 2026 instead of 31.12.2025.
