The petitioner has filed this writ petition directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation 26.09.2022 and pass orders.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's land in S.No. 118/11 B Situated at No.53, Mamallapuram Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Chengalpet District was acquired for extension of Mamallapuram East Coast Road and with regard to the measurement of land acquired there was some discrepancy in the A Register and the Field measurement Book. Subsequently the second respondent by way of communication dated 19.08.2021 in Na.Ka.No.2046/2018/A2 directed the third respondent to rectify the defect, but the said order was not implemented till date. Hence Hence, this writ 2/6
petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent on 19.08.2021 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
5. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for in this writ petition before this Court and taking into account the submissions made on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the third respondent to implement the order dated 19.08.2021, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order if there is no legal impediment.
6. With the above observations this writ petition stands disposed of. costs.
