C.M.P.Nos.24545, 24547, 24549 of 2023, 4418,4425 & 4426 of 2024 A.S.Nos.416 & 417 of 2008 CMP.No.24545 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 418 days in filing the Petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the 4th Respondent T.Angamuthu in the above appeal. 2.CMP.No.24547 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the 4th Respondent, T.Angamuthu in the above appeal.

3.CMP.No.24549 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 4th Respondent, T.Angamuthu in the above appeal, namely respondents 9 to 11 herein, namely 1.Dr.Sabitha, Wife of deceased W/o.Late Dr.Angamuthu 2.A.Harshini Daughter of deceased D/o.Late Dr.Angamuthu 3.A.Sahana Daughter of deceased D/o.Late Dr.Angamuthu 1 to 3 are residing at No.15/29, RKV Nagar, 1st Street, Thirunagar Colony, Erode 638 003.

4.CMP.No.4418 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 418 days in filing the Petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the 2nd Respondent Angamuthu in the above appeal. 5.CMP.No.4425 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the 2nd Respondent Angamuthu in the above appeal. 6.CMP.No.4426 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd Respondent, Angamuthu in the above 1/4

appeal, namely respondents 7 to 9 herein, namely 1.Dr.Sabitha, Wife of deceased W/o.Late Dr.Angamuthu 2.A.Harshini Daughter of deceased D/o.Late Dr.Angamuthu 3.A.Sahana Daughter of deceased D/o.Late Dr.Angamuthu in the above appeal and rank them as respondents 10 to 12. 7.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

8.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and in the interest of justice, these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for.

9.Registry is directed to amend the causetitle within a period of three weeks.
