Crl.M.P.No.15819 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.48253 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1105 days in filing the above revision.

2.In compliance to the order of this Court dated 29.11.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner had produced a photostat copy of the demand draft for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-, which has been deposited before the Lower Court. Along with the D.D.

a memo has been filed before the Lower Court for depositing the same. The said copy is also produced confirming the deposit of D.D.

3.Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has got no objection for condoning the delay.

4.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
