COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed this writ petitions seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to open web portal and accept the examination fees of the students of the petitioner college in the forthcoming examinations to be held November / December 2019 so as to enable the students of the petitioners college to write their examinations.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petitions become infructuous and prays for closure of these petitions.

3. In the light of the same, this Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
