When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, enquiry is pending in Current Paper Enquiry No.223 of 2023.

2. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this petition is dismissed with liberty to the respondent to issue notice under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C to the petitioner herein, who is under an obligation to answer the said notice.
