proceedings Na.Ka.No.2951/2022/Pa.2, dated 30.09.2022 in so far relate to S.No. 5 of the impugned order and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner for the post of Secretary in the 3rd respondent society.
