ORDER

This Court by order dated 13.11.2017 in W.M.P.No.31141 of 2017 in W.P.No.28924 of 2017, has granted an interim order of status quo.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 13.11.2017 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as the main writ petition itself has been disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. 4.In view of the above submission made on either side, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub-application is also closed.
