This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Today, the third respondent/de-facto complainant present before this Court. He objected for condoning the delay. Thereafter, on explaining to him that his objection can be considered at the time of considering the bail application, he agreed for the condonation of delay. 4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.

6.The third respondent requested that a Legal Aid Counsel may be appointed by this Court to defend his case.

7.In view of the same, this Court appoints Mr.C.D.Johnson, Enrollment No.MS 1310/1997 as Legal Aid Counsel on behalf of the third respondent/dehttps://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
