This petition has been filed seeking to issue direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sankari, Salem District, to dispose collection of maintenance petition in C.M.P.No.2320 of 2017 in C.M.P.No.2320 of 2017 in C.M.P.No.6119 of 2013 in M.C.No.3 of 2012 for Rs.1,92,000/- (from 24.01.2012 to 23.05.2017 for 64 months).
