ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant leave to file the above suit before this Court at Madras for the respondents 1, 2, 4 to 9 who are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants would submit that the family arrangement upon which the suit had been filed is executed within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, requested this Court to allow the present application.

3. Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in

support of this Application, and taking into consideration that the family arrangement upon which the suit had been filed is executed within the jurisdiction of this Court and being satisfied with the same, the A.No.4038 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents 1, 2, 4 to 9 / defendants 1, 2, 4 to 9 before this Court.
